Matt Harding visited 40 something countries during a couple of years. He created a silly dance and asked people to join him in front of the video camera. They did. And, yes, it’s funny to watch the result now (even though the film is a couple of minutes too long for my taste).
So, what’s this got to do with people management? It’s simply about inspiring people to be more brave in everyday life and put more personal touch into their work and inspire each other to break boundaries more often.
